• Encourage hacking, fraud, or unlawful conduct

6.5 Extremism and Terrorism

Content that supports, promotes, or glorifies extremist organizations, terrorist groups, or violent ideologies is strictly prohibited.

This includes:

• Recruitment efforts
• Propaganda
• Fundraising for violent causes

6.6 Brand Safety and Monetization Impact

Content that falls under harmful or dangerous categories may:

• Be removed from the Platform
• Be restricted from monetization
• Result in suspension or permanent termination

Monetized content must meet higher safety standards to protect advertisers and the community.

MOZENTHRA has zero tolerance for content or behavior that exploits, harms, or endangers minors.

Protecting children and young users is a top priority across all regions where we operate.

7.1 Minimum Age Requirement

• Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.
• Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have parental or guardian permission.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts suspected of violating minimum age requirements.

7.2 Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexual exploitation of minors
• Grooming or inappropriate communication with minors
• Requests for explicit images or videos involving minors
• Any attempt to exploit or endanger a child

Violations will result in:

8.1 Revenue Sharing Structure

Eligible creators may earn a share of advertising revenue generated from their monetized content.

• 45% of advertising revenue is retained by MOZENTHRA LTD.
• 55% of eligible advertising revenue is allocated to the creator.

Subscription fees paid by users are retained by MOZENTHRA LTD unless otherwise specified.

Revenue calculations are determined solely by MOZENTHRA LTD based on internal analytics, advertising performance metrics, and fraud detection systems.

MOZENTHRA does not guarantee advertising availability, minimum earnings, or consistent revenue levels. Creator earnings may vary based on advertiser demand, audience engagement, platform policies, and market conditions.

8.2 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for monetization, creators must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age required for payment contracts in their jurisdiction)
• Comply with all Community Guidelines and Terms
• Publish original or properly licensed content
• Maintain an active and compliant account
• Meet minimum follower, engagement, or content thresholds (as defined by MOZENTHRA)
• Provide accurate payment and tax information

MOZENTHRA reserves the right to define, modify, or update eligibility criteria at any time.

8.3 Prohibited Monetization Practices

Creators may not:

• Artificially inflate views, followers, or engagement
• Use bots, click farms, or automated traffic
• Engage in ad-click manipulation
• Coordinate fraudulent engagement
• Upload reused or stolen content for revenue purposes
• Mislead advertisers or audiences

Any attempt to manipulate revenue systems may result in:

• Demonetization
• Withholding of earnings
• Account suspension or termination

8.4 Brand Safety Standards

Monetized content must meet higher standards for advertiser suitability.

Content that may be restricted from monetization includes:

• Excessive violence
• Adult or explicit content
• Hate speech
• Dangerous activities
• Misleading or deceptive claims

Content may remain visible but be deemed ineligible for ads.

8.5 Revenue Withholding and Adjustments

MOZENTHRA reserves the right to:

• Withhold earnings during fraud investigations
• Adjust revenue calculations due to invalid traffic
• Deduct amounts resulting from chargebacks or advertiser disputes
• Delay payments where compliance reviews are ongoing

Final revenue determinations are made at MOZENTHRA’s sole discretion.

8.6 Payment Thresholds and Schedule

Creators must meet a minimum payout threshold before earnings are released.

Payments:

• May be issued monthly or according to platform policy
• May require identity verification
• May require submission of tax documentation

Failure to provide accurate payment or tax information may delay or prevent payouts.

8.7 Tax Responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for:

• Reporting earnings to relevant tax authorities
• Paying applicable income taxes
• Complying with local financial regulations

MOZENTHRA may be required to report certain payments in accordance with applicable laws.

8.8 Demonetization and Termination

MOZENTHRA may suspend or revoke monetization privileges if:

• A creator violates Community Guidelines
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Content is deemed unsafe for advertisers
• Legal or regulatory concerns arise

Demonetization decisions may be temporary or permanent.

MOZENTHRA allows businesses and individuals to promote products and services through advertising and sponsored content on the Platform.

9.1 Truthful and Transparent Advertising

All advertisements must:

Failure to disclose paid promotions may result in demonetization or content removal.

Approval of an advertisement does not constitute endorsement by MOZENTHRA.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have proper permission before sharing identifiable content involving others.

11.2 Unauthorized Data Collection

You may not:

Severe violations may result in immediate termination without prior warning.
